Developing Panels with Partners
We encourage the co-development of panels with our partners. We offer three types of collaboration plans for the design and production of panels with business partners. Each plan has its own conditions and every product should be co-created with PXNEL to ensure a successful integration into the system.
The three plans are as follows:
PXNEL provides the partner with a blank panel specifically manufactured to fit the PXNEL system. The partner may then add their product onto the blank and perform the finishing. If you wish to go with the Hybrid Panel Plan, please send us an email with some details and a sketch of the type of panel you would like to make, dimensions, weight, etc.
To get a better understanding of the limits and possibilities of our system, you can generally refer to our Product Guide or more specifically to the sections on Z-matics, Size Limits, Weight Limits, and blank panels.
Additionally, if you are a partner we will provide you with the Panel Development Tools document, which contains detailed information on how to build and integrate product into the PXNEL system.
PXNEL provides the partner with all the drawings and information necessary for them to manufacture the new product. A prototype of the product must be sent to PXNEL to inspect that it properly fits the Panel Development Tools.

PXNEL builds complete products in its own facility for partners. The partner will only be concerned with providing the branding elements to display the panel as their own in the PXNEL shop.
